Allure Accounting is much more than facts and figures or your typical CPA-stereotype. Our clients are no impersonal tax ID’s, and we are anything but your run-of-the-mill tax accountant. There is nothing we haven’t seen in our 20 years in the tax industry. Some things brought almost tears to our eyes and some things almost made us faint. The only feeling we want our clients to have is peace of mind and the certainty that we take great care of their tax matters. We are not a one-man-show who is preparing your tax returns out of a garage/office. We are extraordinary – and up to meet the requirements of our clients!

Our entire team consists of 35 employees (more to follow!!) in 2 time zones who take care of all your tax needs almost around the clock.

Marena Loeffler Owner/CEO/CPA
Marena is Allure’s fearless team leader. She is best known for her quick wit and an extraordinary memory. After starting out as an assistant tax consultant in Germany, she took her career to the next level by becoming a CPA and completing her Master of Business Administration degree in Florida.
Heike Busby HR & Operations Management
Meet Heike, our HR and Operation Manager here at Allure Accounting: With over 20 years of working for Allure, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. In her role as HR manager, Heike is responsible for managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and recruiting and onboarding new team members. She is a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate the Allure team to achieve success.
Angela Gurlitt Tax Assistant
Angela is one of our re-migrants. After she spent 20 years living in Florida, she decided she had enough of the scorching sun and mosquitoes and returned to her hometown, Hamburg. Luckily, she remains part of the Allure team and is your main contact in our German branch.
Yanet Bertran Tax Accountant
A Bachelor’s in German and English from the Cuban University in Havana and her competent and reliable approach make Yanet a true pillar of the company. After many years with the Allure Team, she has expanded her qualifications and uses her expertise when preparing tax returns. Beyond the computer screen, you will likely meet her playing on the beach with her family.

Silence is golden – a piece of wisdom completely ignored by Elke. Her bubbly personality is a definite asset to the Allure team since she is in charge of networking and marketing as well as planning, executing, and attending events. Born in Lithuania, Aiste lived in Ireland for many years before moving to the United States. In addition to her mother tongue, she speaks English and Russian, and can even decipher the convoluted accounting language of the IRS. As a die-hard fitness junkie, no one is a match for her when it comes to Zumba.

Despite growing up in the capital of classical music, Vienna, Austria, as a trained banker, Nicole’s true passion lies in the hard numbers of the tax and banking industries, which makes her a valuable asset to the Allure team. When not in the office, she recharges her batteries at the local beaches.
Petra Lewins Tax Assistant, Teamleader & Trainer
In 2006, Petra followed her heart when she moved to the US from Germany to marry her darling husband. At Allure, we consider the business graduate with vast experience in the hospitality industry our multitasking queen. Her source of energy and inspiration: spending quality time with her twin daughters.
Manuela Cason Tax Assistant, Sales & Tourist Tax
Over ten years ago, Manuela left snowy Switzerland for Floridian sunsets. She led her own international lab technology company for 15 years before becoming a mother and dedicating her time to spoiling her family. Joining the Allure team is her way back into the professional world. In her spare time, she’s never too far from a paintbrush and a blank canvas.
Nathalie Vaid Tax Assistant, Sales & Tourist Tax
With over 20 years of experience in client service and as a manager for a German restaurant for seven years, she is a true expert in customer service. After several years living in the US, Nathalie decided to move back to Germany where she continues to be part of our international team and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Before joining the Allure team, Victoria started her career in the hospitality industry. With tons of warmth, empathy, and patience she is a real team player, and her superpower is multi-tasking. Diane Endy Tax and Financial Accountant
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Diane owned her own bookkeeping company as well as two Papa John’s restaurants in Pennsylvania. That is where she lived all her life until she relocated to Florida in 2022. As a skilled problem solver, Diane became known as “the cleaner” in her previous accounting firms for resolving even the most complex issues. She is considered very conscientious, hard working, and always focused on doing a great job for our clients.
Alexis Yowell HR Generalist
A Florida native, Alexis graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. At Allure, she is responsible for all personnel matters including conducting interviews and payroll, and always lends an open ear and a helping hand wherever she can.
Chantal Gros Tax Assistant, Sales & Tourist Tax
Though she was born in Germany, Chantal considers Florida her home and brings Floridian sunshine wherever she goes thanks to her bubbly personality. She joins the Allure Accounting team after having worked as Branch Manager in Germany for five years. In her spare time, you can find her near any body of water - the beach, a lake, you name it!
Lisandra Quintana Tax Accountant, Bilingual (Spanish, English)
Stemming from Cuba, Lisandra holds a bachelor’s degree in German from the University of Havana. Her passion for navigating complex financial landscapes allows Lisandra to seamlessly transition into her role as a tax accountant. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new vacation spots with her husband and daughter.
Austin Workman, B.S. Tax Accountant
Born and raised right here in Southwest Florida, Austin is a Tax Accountant at Allure and a proud graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Accounting & Taxation and working toward his CPA license. As he continues to advance in his education and career, Austin is focused on growing his expertise in international tax accounting and becoming a well-rounded, trusted professional in the field.
Katharina Pfitzner Tax Assistant
Originally from Leipzig, Germany, Katharina obtained her degrees in accounting and business administration. Before coming to the US, she worked on Middle East- and Eastern Europe-focused government aid projects for over 7 years.
She is a true people person and her analytical skills are sure to add value to the Allure team. In her free time she enjoys cooking and outdoor activities.
Johanna Wirth Tax Accountant
After graduating high school in Germany, Johanna studied Law with a focus on juvenile criminal law and inheritance law. She moved to the US in 2021 and met her partner shortly thereafter. She had her first son in 2023 and enjoys spending the weekends out on the boat with the family dog (a Golden Retriever named Tucker) and her two stepdaughters.
Danielle Chagdes Tax Assistant
Danielle is a dedicated customer service professional with over 15 years of experience in creating positive, lasting connections with clients and helping them find solutions. Her journey in customer service has taught her the value of empathy, patience, and the power of a kind word. She is a proud mom of three. For Danielle, family is at the heart of everything she does. Her favorite way to bring everyone together is through cooking and baking.
Roberta Johnson Logistics Coordinator
Originally from a small town in the Catskills, Roberta has been a Floridian for more than half of her life. She has experience in multiple fields incl. Medical, Legal, Manufacturing, Accounting, and Guardianship. She ran a small Airport Shuttle Service for an out-of-state owner and has also been a carrier for USPS and FedEx. Fun fact: her great-great-grandfather was a rider for The Pony Express. In her free time Roberta enjoys cooking, racquet sports, and word puzzles.
Jasmin Ainatzes Tax Assistant
After spending most of her life in Germany, Jasmin moved to the United States in 2021 with her husband and their two cats. With a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics, she has a former background in international trade and development. Now living in Florida, Jasmin loves spending time at the beach and soaking up the sunshine. At Allure, she plays a key role in supporting client communication and assisting with tax return preparation. Working closely with her German colleagues and clients keeps her connected to her roots.
Melissa Flask Tax Assistant
Before moving into the tax world, Melissa built a career as an online marketing manager, where she developed strong skills in organization, problem-solving, and connecting with people. Her path has taken her across borders — she attended university in both Berlin, Germany, and Birmingham, England — experiences that gave her a global perspective and a love for adapting to new environments. Life outside of work has been just as full of adventure: as a mom of two and someone who has made multiple international moves, she’s no stranger to juggling priorities with resilience and humor. When she finds a quiet moment, Melissa is happiest with a good book in hand and a strong cup of coffee close by.
Andrea Beringer Bookkeeper
Andrea Beringer was born in Germany and left her family to fulfill a childhood dream to live in America. Now, 35 years later she still works at the same company, but looking for new opportunities, joined the Allure team to use her bookkeeping skills and help in any way needed. Any free time is spent with strength-training at the gym.
Lisa Raymann CPA
Lisa was born into the accounting world and embraces all things that have to do with numbers! She has lived in Tokyo (Japan) and throughout the Midwest before moving to Florida in 2024. She has had her CPA license since 1997 and enjoys researching accounting issues. When not at work, Lisa enjoys spoiling her grandkids, reading, and spending time at the pool.
Libby Gietzen, B.S. Tax Accountant and Bookkeeper
As a third-generation accountant, Libby was ready to earn her CPA from the day she was born. Thanks to her bookkeeping experience, she is confident in her ability to provide organized and accurate books. When her husband joined the military, she enjoyed the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and expand her love for languages and problem solving.
Vanessa Smith Tax Assistant
Originally from the beautiful city Trier in Germany, Vanessa came to Florida 2008 where she pursued a district manager career in the retail industry for 15 years. She loves her husband, her kids, and her family. She enjoys long walks and hikes outdoors with her dog by her side. Most would say that Vanessa "doesn't meet a stranger". She loves to laugh and enjoy the small moments that make life worth living.
Gavin Cooper Intern
Currently a junior at FGCU studying Accounting, Gavin is planning to graduate in 2027. He plans on becoming a CPA and living in sunny South Florida enjoying the palm trees. When he is not working, at school, or studying, Gavin enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and trying new places to eat.
Alda Muck Intern
Alda is originally from Connecticut and proudly embraces her Albanian heritage. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Florida Gulf Coast University and plans to earn her CPA designation after graduating in 2027. At Allure, Alda brings a detail-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for helping clients. Outside the office and classroom, she enjoys Pilates, traveling, long walks, and spending quality time with her dog, Vince.
Christian Neal Intern
Currently a senior at Florida Gulf Coast University, Christian is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is on track to graduate in 2027. With plans to earn a CPA designation after graduation, Christian is building a strong foundation in accounting while gaining valuable hands-on experience at Allure. In his free time, he enjoys enjoys spending time with friends and watching football.
